Watching OSU (Ohio State) football! They will now be a rare thing to watch now that we live in North Carolina.Today at 3:30 is the OSU-Penn Sate game.GO BUCKS!!

I love peach pie with vanilla ice cream.

Fall is my favorite time of year! I married my sweetheart in the fall, gave birth to all three of my children in the fall, and, best of all, came to know the Lord Jesus as my Savior in the fall. I love walking in the woods and hearing the crunching of leaves beneath my feet. I love our annual anniversary trip to the mountains. I love sleeping at night with my windows open and waking to the cool, crisp air in the morning. And I, too, love anything baked with pumpkin! You have done a wonderful job posting while your Mom is away, and I look forward to reading many more future posts by you! :-) Happy Autumn!

I love autumn too, although it is not quite so spectacular on this eucalypt-clad side of the world! Most of our trees remain green.

I am looking forward to hearing more about your fall :).

If I visit Virginia again, I really want to come in the autumn. I even felt tempted to come this October - but prudence won out!

Fall is one of my favorite seasons too! (It's right up there with spring.)

Susan P.

I love everything about Fall, too! Long walks in the woods with the leaves crunching under your feet, cozy throws and comfy sweaters, hot apple cider and pumpkin bread, the first fire in our fireplace, candles lit, soups and stews, football, etc... I could go on and on!! You have done such a wonderful job for your Mom while she's been away. Each post has been so interesting, I'm glad to have gotten to know you:)

Autumn is my favorite time of the year. I love the cooler weather and wearing sweaters again, college football games, the trees turning colors, all colors of mums and gourds, etc.

It is also the time of year I get back in the kitchen. From September through December, I'm at prime cooking/baking time. I, too, love all things pumpkin.

Sherrin, you should definitely try to come in the fall...the colors are so beautiful.

Mrs. C., did the Bucks win? :)

Everyone has been so nice to comment on all my posts this week! Thank you! :) And thank you Mrs. H. and Susan P. for the encouraging compliments. :)

Sarah, your mom will be soooo proud of the way you have kept up this blog!!!

I like the cooler weather, changing leaves, working puzzles as a family in front of the fireplace, etc.
