Happy St Patrick's Day - from an *actual* (ie I have the address, I have the passport!) [Northern] Irish person.

May you always have work for your hands to do.
May your pockets hold always a coin or two.
May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.
May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

Hi Sarah! That looks wonderful! Mom and I were in Costco today, and I saw the key lime cheesecake you were talking about. :) I have to say, yours looks a lot yummier! Happy belated St. Patrick's Day!
