I love those color names. I'd like to have the job of coming up with them! Where did you find the jumbo skeins of Sugar 'n Cream? I haven't seen them so far, but I haven't been looking either.

Randi

Pretty yarn and, yes, fabulous names! I wish i could say that I will be participating, in the Knit in Public Day, but knitting is not a skill I possess. I wish they had Sew In Public Day!

Cindi

You know I will have to find some of that yarn in those colors! You know how much I luv green!

Deb

Thank you all for the comments. To answer Bet's question in case anyone else wants to know...I found the jumbo skeins at Michael's Arts and Crafts.

Connie W

Skeins of yarn have such eye appeal. I just want to pick them up and hold them and buy them all, even though I can't knit yet.
These are pretty.

What about a "Read in Public" day?

or

"Play the Piano in Public" day?

My knitting would be so so sad...

:)

Dorothy

Deb, Are you decorating a hat with knitted things for the contest?! If so, I'd love to see a picture of it! Have a fun day tomorrow! Wish I was there to knit in public with you!:)

julie

What great yarn. My daughter and I are desperately trying to learn to knit! Quite the uphill challenge. :)
