Yesterday is a day that I take great joy in, if you remember Mom's post from last year. This year I didn't get quite as many good tricks played on everybody, but I still had a good time. :)
As you can see in the picture above, Hannah got me this year! While I was not in my room, she snuck in and criss-crossed one long piece of yarn all over my bedroom. It was high, low, and into all the corners.
I was asked to leave it that way until Dad and Jonathan got home from work. That meant if I needed something in my room yesterday, I had to drop down on the floor and crawl through a few clear areas. Hmmmmm. I'll have to come up with something REALLY good for Hannah next year!
The main things I did this year were switching the living room furniture around, stopping up people's toothpaste tube with raisins, sewing Dad's underwear together in a long string, turning Jonathan's windshield wipers on high, coloring the milk purple, having Wakerupper.com call the house with a April Fools' Day message, and putting Kool-Aid powder in the faucets.
Jonathan took precautions this year and hid his toothbrush and toothpaste on Tuesday night. He wasn't very happy about the toothbrush-in-a-block-of-ice trick of last year. :) The furniture switch went over too well - Mom may want to leave it that way! I was going to change everything back yesterday afternoon, and she said not to. Ha!
What happened at your house?
~Sarah

Since it's our daughter's birthday we tend to focus on that. I totally forgot it was April Fool's until we got to church choir practice last night. The choir switched themselves all around and so did the orchestra. When the director walked in he stood staring at everyone for a few minutes before he realized what happened.
It sounds like there were lots of tricks played at your house yesterday. Glad your mom like her rearranged furniture.

You were one busy gal! :o) Nothing happened at our house this year...I am surprised! Of course, I did not flip over the daily calendars so they would forget. :o) It worked! I thought maybe something might happen today, but it didn't. Oh well...maybe next year I'll use some of your tricks! :o)

Hahahahahahaaaaaaa!
We all wondered what Sarah was up to yesterday! You will have to start planning for next year, dear one. Raisins in the toothpaste? Mr. Wagner would say that was hitting below the belt! : )
