Today is World Wide Knit in Public Day! This is a day knitters get together publicly to knit and to share the joy of the craft of knitting.
I'll be participating later this morning, and you can find me down at the Wharf by the Farmers' Market knitting away.
I hope to pick out something simple enough to knit so I can concentrate on the project, especially with so much activity going on. There'll be prizes all through the morning and lots of fun stuff! Hopefully, there'll be pictures to post.
After staying awhile at KIP day, I'll head to Patchwork Plus in Dayton for my last Saturday Sampler class for the Block of the Month I'm sewing.
So that's my day--knitting and quilting--what could be better? What's happening in your neck of the woods this weekend?

If I were a knitter(wish I was), I would be participating!
Perhaps my daughter Rachel will be happy for the excuse to spend the day knitting.
Must tell her....
Have a nice weekend, Deb....and a good Lord's Day, too.

We'll be working on the pool. We're a bit behind in getting it open this year. I'll also be doing dusting and some yard work. Saturdays are pretty busy around here. If I get time, I'll grind some wheat and bake bread. Hope you have a great day knitting.
