I'm not often an overnight guest at someone's home, but my sister is treating me royally. And I love it. :)
This morning we're off to Dillard's (the humongous eating place I spoke of in a previous post). We'll drive 2 1/2 hours to tour shops and have lunch. It's only 80+ miles, but...there's no way to get there from here except roundabout.
Should be neat if we can survive the heat!

Say hello to Bet for me! :) Hope you all have a GREAT time and remember to drink LOTS of water!!! I think I heard yesterday that the heat index was 115. Now that is HOT!!!! Daniel and Joseph have been working outside all day and they aren't hardly hungry when they get home, the heat really drains them. I bet Jonathan feels the same.
It sure is neat to be able to keep in touch with you even when you are off traveling . Have FUN!! :)

Chris, Yes, isn't technology great to be hooked up to folks even when you're so far apart?!
It definitely was hot yesterday. We passed so many bank signs that registered 100 degrees. I should have had Bet stop so I could take a picture and document what the weather was like when I visited her.
Once we get to Charleston Thurs/Fri we won't have computer access...unless the hotel has a "business center" with computers for guests. Wouldn't that be neat?
More later.

DEB!!! I can't believe you didn't get a scrapbooking memory picture of the 100 degree temp!! WHAT were you thinking?? :) LOL If this weather doesn't cool down you will have another chance.
