According to a new study it's just as good for you to s-t-r-o-l-l as it is to briskly walk, and actually it burns more calories. That gives me a good excuse when I have to slow it down heading up Teeter Hill.
Then again--seems like you can find a "new study" these days that will say just about anything you want it to say.

A S-T-R-O-L-L has got to be better than nothing at all :) I haven't walked since we returned from our trip! YIKES!! OH well there is scrapbooking to do and "walking" all over the house doing laundary, cooking, vacuuming, making beds....etc. LOL Keep up the good work Deb!!

I have heard that if you get a pedometer count your steps until you have 10,000.I wonder how many I actually walk compared to if I started counting!!
