That pineapple casserole is so incredible! I need to remember that for Thanksgiving AND Christmas this year. :-) I think I'll try your cranberry relish as sounds delicious! Thanks for the recipes!

Mrs. U

YUM-O (to quote Rachael Ray). These sound WONDERFUL! I LOVE cranberries and pineapple and these dishes sound easy and VERY tasty!!

Mrs. U

We are going to try the cranberry relish really soon. It sounds yummy. I am also hosting a casserole recipe swap on my blog.

Chyrll, thanks for the alert about the casserole swap. I tried to leave you a comment on your blog, but Blogger wouldn't let me.

Let me know if any of you try either recipe. Thanks Mrs U and Dorothy for commenting.

Sis. Deb, don't know why you couldn't comment on my blog. If you have a casserole recipe just email me your link to your blog.
Here is my email address

We make pineapple casserole-YUMMY!!

We also make cranberry bread.

Today the weather feels like we should be celebrating Thanksgiving.

I've been looking for a good pineapple casserole recipe, Deb. I found one on a website that I used, but I didn't like the texture. Yours sounds like what I'm after. :) I, too, make cranberry relish--but I use my food processor! And we don't include the raisins. But the cranberries and orange combination can't be beat! :) Oh, my mouth's watering.....
