There's something about February that makes me want to write a letter to every name in my address book. It's uncanny how it happens every year about this time.
Since Valentine's Day coincides with my yearly letter-writing marathon, red paper, sticky hearts, and stamps have been crowding my desk the past few days. It seems to be the perfect time to send a special note to friends.
Blogging will be set aside again today as the last epistles need to go in the mail this morning. Friends of mine....be watching your mailbox. :)

That's a lovely idea. It's always a little depressing to come home to an empty mailbox on Valentine's Day, so you will cheer lots of people up.

Hmmm - I have a pile of notecards I need to tackle. I think I'm too late to make it by Valentine's Day, but I love the idea. Me thinks I'll start today! :o)
P.S. I got your email; your name is in the hat! ;o)

Oh, isn't that funny? I experience that same kind of craving to write letters this time of year, too! :)
Happy Valentine's Day tomorrow, Girotti Fam!
With love...

I get that way too, Mrs. Deb. I think it's because, from the time we were very little, we were giving a note to our friends for Valentine's Day. So naturally, we outgrew the traditional little Valentine's Day cards, but the desire to give our friends a note of how they are appreciated and tell them everything good God has done in our lives is still there. It's just a really fun month! :)

Epistles - an art that has nearly been forgotten!
I write letters with my grandmother weekly - it is such a sweet gift.
Perhaps I should write more?!?
