Answers in Genesis recently opened their long-awaited Creation Museum, and it is definitely on our list of family excursions this year. From what I've heard some families say, it is well worth a visit.
After the Hayden Family left our home here in Virginia on Monday, they headed to Kentucky where the Museum is located. If you're interested in seeing some great pictures taken inside and around the Museum, check out Caleb's blog here. (He also has posted some additional pictures of their visit to the Shenandoah Valley.)
Has your family visited the Museum yet? If so, let us know what you thought of it.

The museum looks like it would be a fun place to visit.
Enjoy the first day of summer.

My friend Kaity went earlier this month with her family. Their blog address is http://jackmcdonnell.blogspot.com and they posted pics of the visit on their June 6th, 7th and 8th posts.

Oh, I hope we get to go ~ and soon. We used to just be about 3 hours south of it -- now it's more like 6 hours. But still -- not too far for a weekend outing. Now if JR can just get some time off!
