Those are so pretty! I really like the one on the top!

It has been a while since I've done a counted cross stitch pattern. The last one I did was for my mother-in-law's wedding about a year and a half ago. I used a kit that included gold filament and beads. I enjoyed the project, and was quite pleased with how it turned out!

I have a counted cross stitch project that I've had since I was 16. :-) I haven't been "working" on it that long though: the project was actually a set of two pictures, and I have the one finished, and the other one about half way done.

This post has inspired me to get it out and start working on it again!

Have a great day!

Tammy

Your pictures look beutiful.I am like your mom-USED to crosstitch.

By the way I was trying to guess what the C topic would be and I was wrong-I thought Christmas.

Hi Sarah...great post! I would love to hear about all the other "C" subjects you mentioned! My Sarah is Miss Christmas around our house, too! Must be in the name. :-) I have a cross stitch with birds and bird houses that I would LOVE to start sometime. Maybe soon! Keep on posting! You and Hannah have very enjoyable post!

Your work is lovely! I miss cross stitching and look forward to the day when I'll have more time for it again. My skills were pretty rusty, but I did recently finish some old stamped 'motto' cross stitches that my Mother in law left undone. I enjoyed your post!

The framed picture is lovely. I started cross stitching fairly recently, but haven't been able to tackle anything that big yet!

I love your cross stiched pieces. I used to do a lot of cross stitch too.

Oooh -- this is making me want to get my cross stitch stuff out again. I haven't done any in years, and most of it was for gifts, so I don't have much of it on my own walls. But I have patterns on file that I'd love to do. I love the kind that incorporate Bible verses, too.
