Recently I stumbled onto Anne's blog (The Bag Lady and the Pro) and read that she had written her own dishcloth pattern and was inviting anyone to knit it up, post a picture and link back to her blog, and name the pattern for extra entries. Here's a link to the pattern and contest rules if you'd like to participate (there's still time).
I finished just in the nick of time for tonight's deadline. Now Anne has extended the deadline until next Sunday, September 30th, and she's also posted another link if someone would like to knit up a second dishcloth for more entries.
On this cloth I used Sugar 'n Cream cotton yarn in varigated blues (which I found doesn't show up her triangles pattern as well as a solid color yarn). You can see the pattern much better on my sister's dishcloth done in a solid hot pink.
I knitted it English style using size 7 needles...one a short wooden needle and the other a long metal needle. Don't ask. I'm naming it "MeAnnedering Triangles" because on my wavy yarn they do seem to meander!
I enjoyed this one so much that I think I'll tackle her second pattern and try that one, too, before next weekend. Winner gets some good-looking hanks of Blue Sky Cotton yarn. Leave a comment if you knit this pattern so I can go take a look.

I like it! Variegated yarn and all. You are getting much better than you used to be!! :)
And what a clever name, playing up to the designer. You sneaky girl.
