Yum! It looks delicious except for the red peppers, not a real fan of those. I'll have to try the recipe. BTW< Adam didn't know the word but Casey did! :)

Deb, I've cooked with orzo a lot but I've never had a recipe call for orzo without rice. So I am going to try this recipe using 2 cups rice and 1/2 cup orzo. Also, my recipes always say to brown the rice and orzo in a little butter before adding water. I think this would have helped with the gushy texture issues. Your family sounds like fun critics!
