I would like you all to join me in congratulating my dear older brother, Jonathan, on completing his college career! Yay! Naturally, his joy is great at reaching this milestone.
Friday he finished up his VERY LAST EXAM! As you may know, he has used distance learning to earn his bachelor's degree, so he won't be walking down the aisle with the rest of the graduates today. He will be getting his diploma in the mail soon, though.
Toiling through class after class, sending in line after line of computer code, he has made it through 4 1/2 LONG years of higher education, although at times it has made one feel like this:
Nevertheless, he has persevered through it all!!!!
His journey to this point started at birth. Naturally, throughout his childhood, his career ambitions changed rapidly. Pugilist, fireman, and circus clown were fleeting phases. ;)
But all those have thankfully fallen by the wayside, and Jonathan is now what he was destined to be from the very beginning: an engineer.
Congratulations, Jonathan! We are all very proud of you!
~Sarah

Congratulations Jonathan! Our eldest son just completed his master's online on Friday too. We went the online route after homeschooling and found it worked well. May the Lord bless you with a wonderful career.
Blessings,
Victoria

Hilarious post for a very serious and momentous occasion. Well done, Jonathan, and Miss Sarah for the telling of it. Of course, now the question begged is "what's next?" Hmmm.. well, maybe a bit of a breather before that one needs answered.
