From The Word

  • I Peter 5:8-11
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a "roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Deb, they are so nice! I take it you will be making a quilt out of your blocks? The color combinations are great! Thanks for sharing the picture. :)

Susan

I love 'em! I'm not huge on orange, but you've made great color choices and they're beautiful. What are you going to make with your finished blocks - quilt, wall hanging? Can't wait to see it!

I love your completed blocks, Deb. Who knew you could come up with such lovely combinations starting with orange scraps?

I have seen the hungry caterpillar fabric at one of our local shops. I'm sure that will be a fun project in the future.

Susan Ramey Cleveland

I love your blocks, Deb. Pretty fabrics.

I've been enjoying your quilt posts, of course! Anna and I are now looking at orange fabrics in a whole new light. Your fabrics are lovely. Thanks for sharing. It sure warms my heart that even though I don't have the time to quilt right now, I can still enjoy quilting through you. Keep up the good work!
