"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." ~ Romans 8:28
Here's an update for those of you keeping up with the saga of moving my mom here to live with us. The good news: the new addition will be ready in one week!! Praise the Lord!
The not-so-good news: the buyer for her house just backed out of the deal! Sigh.
Please, please pray for my mom's emotions through all this and mostly for her health. This has been so hard for her to go through. Pray that another buyer will come along soon, and pray for us as we move her here this weekend.
The painters are here today; bathroom cabinets are being installed; and flooring folks show up on Friday. Things are wrapping up. Pictures of the finished project soon!

Thanks for the update! I will continue praying for everything to work out in God's timing. Can't wait to see the finished project! Just in time for the holidays...yay! :-)

I'm so sorry to hear the buyer backed out. I'll be praying for the Lord to bring along the right buyer at the right time. Glad to hear the addition is nearing completion.

How exciting about the addition.
Sorry about the buyer backing out. When we bought our house in Ohio we were the buyers after the original one backed out. After it was said and done the sellers thought we were the better people for the house and neighborhood.I will be praying for the right buyer.

I am sorry to hear about your buyer backing out - so tough on your Mom.
Glad to hear about the addition coming along so nicely. It will be such a relief and blessing to have your mom settled in and her house sold. Praying that it happens soon.

Deb,
Greetings from NY!! So glad to hear of the progress on the addition! I've been watching for the update. Looking forward to the latest pictures!! We definitely understand the ups and downs of selling houses :-) and are so sorry to hear that your mom's buyers backed out. We will pray for all of you, this weekend and beyond. Praise God your mom can move in with you, regardless of her own home sale. I trust that will do a great deal to help settle her mind.
Rich blessings to all,
Kathy W.
