The rows of beans we planted together are coming up nicely.
The tomatos are tall enough to tie up to their stakes, and the squash sprouted up quickly and is growing bigger everyday.
The bees and butterflies love flitting around our large lavender plant, now in full bloom, which welcomes visitors at the edge of our front sidewalk.
Wish you were here!

Looks like there is going to be plenty of produce on the Girotti table in the near future. I was curious as to whether you plan to thin out those beans plants? My plants are growing close together like that too but my instructions say to thin them out. I hate doing it as it will mean less beans. However if they are too close, then I may end up with less beans anyway. What's your advice? In that past I have always thinned them out but wondered whether I could have left them as is.
That lavender bush is beautiful. I can just imagine how wonderful it must smell.
