For our Sunday meal yesterday, we decorated with three blue jars lining the center of the nook table, which was covered with a garden-themed cloth.
Hannah filled the jars with yarrow, gooseneck, feverfew, false indigo, echinacea, and spiderwort. The flowers are beginning to really blossom with all the rain we've had, and I love bringing them inside to enjoy.
I even like looking at the water level in these old blue jars.

What a cute and very seasonal way to beautify your table. We have several blue hydrangea bushes that we have been cutting blooms off of and bringing indoors. I love bringing summer inside.
I like those blue jars!

Sweet! It is always a joy to bring in the special flowers and plants you enjoy outdoors. I have also been making an extra effort to beautify our table today. It is worth that bit of extra time!
