From The Word

  • I Peter 5:8-11
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a "roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Deb, these blocks are just lovely! I am sure you had a great time putting them together - I don't think I can join in this time but will enjoy watching yours grow :0)
May you be richly blessed as a worshipping family this week end and each day.

I just spent a few minutes going back through the past week or two of blog posts. I took a week off for our revival, so I'm just now coming by to see what you've been up to the past week. I LOVE your blocks! The fabrics are gorgeous! I'm going to start on a quilt-a-long (although late) as soon as I get this baby quilt done I'm working on. I just can't seem to catch up!
