Today was a traveling day...and a knitting day.
Armed with my trusty Vera Bradley knitting bag loaded with plenty of supplies (a gift I've really enjoyed from my sister), I counted off the rows of knitting as we counted off the miles.
The project is a kitchen cabinet towel, and I'll post a picture when it's all done. It may be another few weeks...I stitch and quilt on weekdays, but I only knit on Sundays.
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." ~ Romans 8:35, 38-39

I love that knitting pattern, I did a scarf with a checkerboard design, fun knitting for me as I'm learning.
Isn't that scripture just one of the best. :)
Have a great week, Deb.

I love the color of that towel. Hope you all found a good place to worship.

Very pretty! I look forward to seeing the finished project!
I can't knit or read or do anything in the car--it makes me sick!
I've been enjoying your UFO and project posts!

I love the Scripture in your post. It's one that helps me when anxiety washes over me....

Hi Deb,
I am one of Susan's UFO-ers and wanted to personally thank you for visiting my blog recently.
We live in the mountains west of Greenville now, but I used to live in the Greer/Greenville SC area years ago. Still travel to G'ville on a regular basis as it's our little town's "go-to" town, so to speak. Sometimes our great-big-world seems so small.
Thank you for your kind comments and I enjoy your blog.
