We missed posting our UFO progress report last week since Susan over at Blackberry Creek was out of town on a quilting retreat. This week Mr. Linky is up, so head on over and see what everyone else is crossing off their list.
I don't have much to show or cross off this week, but I have been working hard on the crock and geraniums cross-stitch. I stitch an hour each evening, and slowly but surely the picture is coming to life. All the reds are now in but lots of greenery left to stitch.
Also, more writing has filled "the books" but still many more pages to write.
I'm very appreciative that Susan got us all going on these poor left-behind projects. I'm looking forward to a UFO list with everything crossed off...by the end of the year, maybe? Thank you, Susan!

This piece is going to be my favorite of your cross stitch pieces so far. I love geraniums, and I love the colors in this piece.

Applause, applause!!!! Love the wonderful colors in your beautiful cross stitch picture and know you'll delight in this piece for years to come.
I admire your plan to work on it for an hour a night. Wonder if I can be so organized as to do that with my lingering 3 cross stitch projects? A couple of decades ago I always did my cross stitch in the evenings.
Cheers!

Your cross stitch project is coming along nicely. I love red geraniums. I have a needlepoint project on my UFO list this year I, like you, am glad for this UFO Bust because it is motivating me to get other projects besides just quilting done. The only problem with my needlepoint is that it is of a fisherman. You can tell my son picked it out. I would probably have picked out flowers or lighthouses.......

You are going to be so proud when you finish this project! You have inspired me to pull out some of my unfinished cross stitch projects. Thanks for the inspiration!
