Do you have a special sweet potato dish that you make for Christmas? I have a recipe for sweet potato casserole that I found on AllRecipes.com years ago that has been our go-to dish for Thanksgiving and lots of times Christmas as well. Instead of the typical marshmallows on top, it has a pecan/brown sugar streusel. It's really yummy!

I made it for Thanksgiving this year...here I am in the kitchen whipping it up before we headed over to Eric's family's house. Eric obligingly took a photo of me so I could send it to Mom. :)

Sweet potato casserole is one of our must haves at Thanksgiving, Sarah, and my recipe has a streusel topping on it, too. The recipe you shared is similar to the one my sister gave me about 25 years ago. We make a double recipe so we have plenty of leftovers. ;)) Btw, you look so cute in your kitchen, and I'm sure all sorts of delightful confections come from it.
