I've heard from several folks recently about our blog loading v-e-r-y slowly or not loading at all--both on computer and on their phones, and they've just given up reading the blog altogether.
We recently heard back from our Typepad Help Desk what the problem was (a defunct widget on the sidebar making the blog not load!).
So we've corrected that problem. Can we have some feedback from your end? Had you experienced problems with our blog loading in the past?
Are you experiencing slow-loading now that we think the problem is fixed?
Thank you to those folks who have contacted us and asked what the problem was! We didn't know there was a problem!
Okay...on to faster blog loading! And more frequent posting? Maybe! :)

When I noticed an email from you in my inbox, I was looking forward to reading it. Alas, though, it wasn't a personal email, but one from the blog. 😔 Oh, well, a girl can dream.
Anyway, though I, too, have experienced lots of problems with your blog loading--either slowly, or not at all--but, today, I'm happy to report it loaded swiftly.

The blog was loading slowly for several weeks, but I think it is fixed now.

Hi Deb, I have had no loading problems but I had to laugh at the description of what was wrong. I have no idea what that means but am glad it was fixed. We'd love to see more frequent posting but understand - time does go by so quickly.

Yay! Glad it's fixed! It loaded right away this morning. I haven't been able to read it because it wouldn't load on my phone. Didn't even think to contact you but I'm so glad someone did! Looking forward to keeping up again. :-)

I have to confess I'm one of those who stopped reading because I thought it was my problem, not yours. But today all is well! :) Thanks for fixing a problem that wasn't even mine!

I always assume it's my stupid internet provider when I have a problem...
But right now it's fine. As for my phone...I just use it as a phone, though when I say this my kids roll their eyes.

Hi Girotti family: Yes it was loading very slowing, BUT today it came right up in a split second!
Glad to hear you had a nice trip to PA. It is a popular travel spot (Lancaster/Phillie area) for New Yorkers ....about 4 hours from my place.

Loaded very fast! My daughter's blog loads very slow and they still can't figure out why. But she doesn't write much these days.
